I love the practice and all the instructors. The visual environment is calm and relaxing. I wish there was a rule that conversations not be held in the studio but instead in the hallway. It's difficult to hit the mat to unwind when there are loud conversations happening.

It's a great place
I am a beginner at yoga and my wife has a certificate to teach yoga. Despite the difference in our experience, we both benefited greatly from Chris's Alignment class. He made me feel welcome and his instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend Art of Yoga to beginners and experts alike.
