The staff was nice,the facility was immaculate. And all the staff were all very supportive and skilled.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and patient and made the experience calming and welcoming

As I have said before this is a wonderful place to practice yoga. Not only are the yogis awesome, but so is the haven they have provided in this place. They have healed me in a way I will never know, but I will never stop going , because I feel like I have found my extended family. I would not have made it if not for the "Art of Yoga"as my tribe.🙏
