I chose that score because I was immediately greeted with a welcoming warmth presence from the studio manager, Naomi and owner, Christopher. The space was beautiful and zen energy flowed throughout. The class was guided by Christopher with intention and the modifications provided made all the poses feel accessible and inclusive.
