The instructor was fantastic! She gave a great mix of fun and calm and made everyone feel at ease. She was also very informative on how to do the poses correctly
I appreciated being greeted by Instructor Naomi and her explaining the check in routine, location of water/teas, and bathrooms. I loved her Hot Yoga class and I am excited to try out another class next week.😃
Elisa is great and the other ladies are very nice and welcoming.
