As I have said before this is a wonderful place to practice yoga. Not only are the yogis awesome, but so is the haven they have provided in this place. They have healed me in a way I will never know, but I will never stop going , because I feel like I have found my extended family. I would not have made it if not for the "Art of Yoga"as my tribe.🙏
Very welcoming, class was very informative, space was inviting
The atmosphere was very welcoming. Christopher was a wonderful instructor and offered guidance for all skill levels. His class was challenging, but rewarding. The reading and affirmation at the end was a great way to finish the class with mindfulness. My husband Jacob joys going regularly and I was grateful to be able to join him while visiting in Columbus. I look forward to another class during my next visit.
