Gwen's Wednesday (1/8) class at noon was awesome! The music was excellent and the choreography was perfect for each song. I was so happy and pumped with how fun this class was. I'm usually a morning spin person but I'm going to have to make Gwen's Wednesday class a regular thing.
June taught a great class and it was SOO nice to be so warm on these frigid days. Gwen at the front desk is super sweet and helpful as well!
Hot room. Good instructors. Shower facilities.
Great class. Wish you offered it more often between 5:00-7:00.
