Christa is a wonderful instructor and I love attend her classes.
the instructor was vey familiar with the program; her voice lended itself to the relaxation; she was
available after class to talk and or answer questions
Tarah is my very favorite yoga instructor!
I enjoy the teachers very much. I do wish there was an afternoon flow class on weekdays around 2pm.
We love Jess. She lets us know how to modify poses for our different needs and is slyly funny. We go as a family and we all think she’s great.
