I get the most Benefit in a single class from hot 26. Stef D. is encouraging and gives precise direction with a little humor to keep it interesting.
Well first, the hot area is just lovely, it being in the negatives outside! The facilities are very nice & well maintained you can tell. Anything that one would need is available for use / or purchase. Prices are a little steep. The instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging & pleasant. Also I enjoyed the scented cold towel after class & complimentary Emergen-C packet at the front! ☺️

Sunday deep stretch is my favorite reset for the week’s activities😊. The studio is always so inviting and the locker room so clean. Great teachers!
