The space was warm, comfortable and inviting. It was my first yoga class in 15 years - I was quite nervous but once I arrived I felt at ease. Everyone was very nice and overall it was a great experience!
I enjoyed the class. I do prefer Sheila's though and will be back next Sunday

Restorative yoga with Sheila is the best! I love holding poses/stretches for long enough to really relax into them... And Shelia adds a nice personal touch with gently placing a sand bag on each of us to help deepen the experience, and sweet little readings in between each pose... So relaxing and restoring!
Easily got the class I wanted.
