Restorative yoga with Sheila is the best! I love holding poses/stretches for long enough to really relax into them... And Shelia adds a nice personal touch with gently placing a sand bag on each of us to help deepen the experience, and sweet little readings in between each pose... So relaxing and restoring!

I really needed that nurturing and welcoming energy and I felt it the minute I walked through the doors. What a beautiful entryway. Tara was lovely and the class was paced perfectly - I so appreciated her authenticity and the way she made us feel comfortable to do what felt right for our bodies.
