I love everything about Ananda Yoga. The instructors and classes never fail to exceed my expectations. The availability of classes and flexibility of the 10 class pass fits my life perfectly. The location and studio space are great. The cherry on top is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of the studio. Thank you, yoga with Amanda has added so much physical and mental health to my life.
