There are accommodating and non judgmental. The class was full of specific directives. The temperature was right.
Gabriella is consistently an incredible, challenging teacher. The space is always clean and professional. One of my favorite spots for yoga.

I haven't practiced yoga in a while, but this is probably the best and most challenging class that I have ever had. Loved the space and Gabriela was a great instructor who gave direct feedback. She helped me to dig deep and push through when I just wanted to quit.
