Yes, Yoga has been my oasis away from everyday stresses and chaos. Even if for 1 hour a day to get away from it all to focus on self, and self care.💙

Yes Yoga is my ‘go to’ yoga spot when I am in town. I appreciate that it is open and offers the 26+2 classes. Especially glad they added another weekday 90 minute class. Has great teachers and stay is always friendly!
