Yes yoga is excellent. Great location. It took me a couple times to get used to the heat but I enjoy the benefits of the hard work. Rachael is an amazing instructor. I have had a good experience with all of the people there.
We had a wonderful experience! I will definitely be returning. The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable!
