I love that the teachers are all amazing and they offer different styles of yoga. Hot yoga has been very helpful and therapeutic for me. They are very encouraging to beginners as well.
Because regardless of who’s teaching, it’s always consistent and centering. 👍🏼👍🏼
Instructors are excellent providing guidance throughout the practice. Space is clean every time.
