The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. The teachers are truly wonderful. The studio offers a wide range of classes throughout the day, making it easy to fit into my schedule and suit my level of experience.
It was awesome session.
Facility was clean. Our instructor was very calming and understanding of my inability as a novice to fully engage. Regardless, I felt the environment was welcoming for us all and I did my best.
The next day I felt rejuvenated!
