I haven't practiced yoga in a while, but this is probably the best and most challenging class that I have ever had. Loved the space and Gabriela was a great instructor who gave direct feedback. She helped me to dig deep and push through when I just wanted to quit.
I love the studio and instruction. I love the instructors. I just wish there was more consistency with lighting. The room seems so dark

All classes, including the Wednesday night, 730 PM Hot Vinyasa class, is challenging and rewarding. The instructors at Yes, Yoga have all been professional and conscientious of our individual practices.
