• My experience with Urban Waxx was great. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted with the offer of a beverage. There was a snack station with trail mix and nuts. The waiting room was clean and stocked with magazines. My aesthetician Mekaela was personable and made me feel very comfortable. I had a great experience with my wax and would highly recommend others to try Urban Waxx out.

• I was getting a bikini wax for the first time and mekaela made me feel so comfortable! I could tell she was comfortable and knowledgeable about everything she said and did! The fact that she was so warm and welcoming made the whole experience that much better! I'll definitely be coming back on a regular basis.
