• It's always scary finding a new waxing place! I was greeted so nicely and offered a drink and snacks right away! My esthetician was right on time and made me so comfortable and the waxing was 100% less painful than other places i've been! I will definitely be going back.

• This was my very first time going in to get anything waxed. I went for the big one too and decided to do a full Brazilian, needles to say I was extremely nervous. The staff at the Urban Waxx was so welcoming and calming. From the second I walked in I was offered a beverage and everyone was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. Nikky was my esthetician and she was awesome. Chatted with me during the while process. Which was a much appreciated distraction from the waxing. It really was a great experience. I already booked my next appointment.
