• Nikky was awesome! It was my first time having her as my waxxer! She was very friendly, welcoming me in and making me feel comfortable. She made my experience painless and it was great getting to know her. She was very professional, kind, respectful, funny, accommodating and made my waxximg experience awesome!! 5 stars!! :)

• My experience with Urban Waxx was great. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted with the offer of a beverage. There was a snack station with trail mix and nuts. The waiting room was clean and stocked with magazines. My aesthetician Mekaela was personable and made me feel very comfortable. I had a great experience with my wax and would highly recommend others to try Urban Waxx out.

• I was getting a bikini wax for the first time and mekaela made me feel so comfortable! I could tell she was comfortable and knowledgeable about everything she said and did!
