• I thought Jasper at Urban Waxx in Eugene was a breath of fresh air. I had some uncomfortable waxing experiences which just turned me away from the whole idea. • Urban Waxx has a very nice location that is convenient and clean. Their rooms are clean, and fresh looking. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in for a morning appointment with Jasper. I had a Brazilian done and she was very professional and efficient. She did a perfect job and the whole process was much faster than I thought it would be. There was no irritation at all and my skin felt soft and cool immediately afterward. I highly recommend Urban Wax and Jasper to anyone. I am very happy with their services.

• It was my first time getting waxed and I went in for an underarm wax naturally I was very nervous about whether or not it would hurt but Mekaela Larson was super sweet and very informative about the entire procedure. During the waxing she was very talkative which helped a lot because it served as a great distraction! It was very easy to have a fun conversation, almost like talking with one of my girlfriends. I will definitely keep going here permanently! By far the best first time wax experience I've had! Two thumbs up to all of the staff!! And especially the company!
