• Me and my mom come here once a month no matter how crazy our lives are to get our waxes and I have nothing but great things to say about Urban Waxx but even better things to say about our waxer Hannah. I have been with multiple other waxers but Hannah is by far our favorite. She is extremely professional but also remembers little details about our lives we have told her and it's really endearing. She is so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable even with certain waxes that could be comfortable. At this point I trust her to do anything with my eyebrows. I don't have to tell her what I want, she just gets it and does an absolutely amazing job! Will continue to come back for Hannah alone.

• Honestly I had my set wax place and would always go there cause they were really good but they were in portland so I decided to try a new place and this place became my new wax place. Service was great, the wax was close to painless even though I did a Brazilian. She was fast and efficient with good conversation flowing. I found my New place and will always go there now.
