• Absolutely first class experience with Mekaela! My first time and she made me feel completely at ease. Conversation flowed so easily, the time flew by and I was done before I knew it. I must say that it was also pain free and results are WAY better than I had anticipated. Highly recommend Urban Waxx, and Mekaela as the "go to" person!

I love Urban Waxx! I have gone to MANY wax locations in Houston TX, and Orange County CA, that are all part of a franchise/chain, and none have ever compared to my experience at Urban Waxx. Maekala is amazing! She is efficient, and thorough, never letting a single unwanted hair remain. She is friendly and easy going. I adore every employee I have interacted with at Urban Waxx, and I love the services I have received there!
