• I recently moved back to Eugene, and one of the remarks my husband made about our upcoming move was "you'll get to go back to your favorite wax place!" He was referring to Urban Waxx. He's right! I love Urban Waxx! I have gone to MANY wax locations in Houston TX, and Orange County CA, that are all part of a franchise/chain, and none have ever compared to my experience at Urban Waxx. Maekala is amazing! She is efficient, and thorough, never letting a single unwanted hair remain. She is friendly and easy going. I adore every employee I have interacted with at Urban Waxx, and I love the services I have received there!

• Me and my mom come here once a month no matter how crazy our lives are to get our waxes and I have nothing but great things to say about Urban Waxx but even better things to say about our waxer Hannah. I have been with multiple other waxers but Hannah is by far our favorite. She is extremely professional but also remembers little details about our lives we have told her and it's really endearing. She is so sweet and makes me feel so comfortable even with certain waxes that could be comfortable. At this point I trust her to do anything with my eyebrows. I don't have to tell her what I want, she just gets it and does an absolutely amazing job! Will continue to come back for Hannah alone.
