• I did not start waxing until just a couple years ago (I'm in my 30s), and I am so glad that Urban Waxx was my first experience. I've been coming every 4-6 weeks for various services (okay, sometimes I let it go longer than I should), and all the waxers do a fantastic job. They are careful and thorough, but still pretty speedy at getting me in and out. They also give great skin care suggestions that don't feel like a sales pitch. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the lobby is a comfortable place to enjoy a drink or snack before your service. This place is great!

• My waxing was the best I ever had. Most of the time, the wax is nearly scalding hot; however, this time it was much more tolerable. I had a great conversation with my esthetician. I will be back again!
