• First, reception was super nice and patient. She was very aware of the customers around her and kept it professional. Second, first time to have a Brazilian done but I've been to electrolysis appointments before. Hanna was so nice, cheerful, and she was super efficient! She worked like a machine and took good care of me! The outcome I'm more than satisfied with and I will definitely be back for a follow-up with her.
