• Every time I visit Urban I have the best experience. I have been to multiple waxers over the past few years and I have loved all of them! They are all so easy to talk to and make their guests feel comfortable. I always leave feeling my best!

• Mekaela was FANTASTIC!! It was my first wax experience ever and she made me feel very relaxed. Expert work and only took like 10 minutes to do brows. I'll definitely be back!

• Very kind and helpful upon entering Urban Waxx, offering me a snack and drink. Mekaela waxed my eyebrows and did a short consultation w/me first explaining indetail what she would be doing and made sure I agreed w/it. Eyebrows came out great!I will be back in 4 weeks!

• My waxing stylist/artist Nikky (because she is both of those things) is phenomenal! She makes me feel comfortable with her down to earth personality and her ability to perform her job efficiently and effectively. I can't wait to stay on my 5 week regimen and go back to see her! The complimentary glass of red wine is always nice too. ;)

• I have been to multiple locations of UrbanWaxx over the years and with my recent move South to Albany I was not disappointed with the Eugene location. Nikky was wonderful! Only thing that would be better is if you opened a location in the Corvallis area!

• I thought Jasper at Urban Waxx in Eugene was a breath of fresh air. I had some uncomfortable waxing experiences which just turned me away from the whole idea. I gave Jasper a try and I'm so happy with the results. Thorough work, and I didn't have any irritation or soreness after. I will definitely be back.
