Professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the spa/salon
Very pleased with the manicure and eyebrow waxing. Both Maria and Michelle were welcoming. Enjoyed my conversation with Maria. Eyebrow waxing doesn't lend itself to conversation--and that's fine. Front desk coordinators were also nice.
