Place is always clean & cheery.
I like that it is small and not-pretentious like some of the new places.
Can't say I love the new decorating, feels kindof tacky to me...but did need update, so better.
Just while I'm writing, here some things I have thought about for a while:
Entryway looks terrible & uninviting. Wood is coming apart/ looks like it is going to fall down. I'm sure you are on it & repair planned. Since I have been there many times doesn't bother me but might be off-putting to new or prospective client.
Also was windy yesterday but lots of garbage & leaves at front stuck in handicapped space looked yucky. Have noticed garbage around before too I think wind tunnel there collects.
AND when driving by on Lancater Ave. doesn't look open.. don't really notice is there.
Recommend new or repaint signage.
Not sure if it is there anymore, but for a long time there was a 'for lease' sign (for next door?) I actually thought you had closed.
Brighter signage and maybe some lights at night would better identify you are there& open.
Is such a gem & classic main line place. With so many other new Spas.. would be good to
're-pop' your presence & image.
Maybe even add tag line something like '.. main line classic, or 'Philadelphoa & the Main Line since ... '
Younger people probably don't even know was it one of the first.
Ok.. carried away & don't want you so popular that you raise prices !! And want you to stay smal
