Heather is wonderful- she's kind, caring and always wants to make the customer happy. Even with the recent freezing water, she shared what was going on and made best of the situation.

George was fantastic, as always. Check-in was easy. Good covid safety protocols in place. (Though I'm very much looking forward to the return of the locker room and robes and refreshments one day!) I feel like the pricing still reflects pre-covid amenities but given the impact the pandemic has had on businesses like this I understand the need to freeze prices.

Staff is excellent- from the front desk staff to the stylists! Always professional and courteous. The salon is clean and follows all state and local health guidelines - I appreciate that everyone is masked up! I feel safe- I feel like each person cares about my well being. And when I leave, I always feel like I've had a mini vacay! Thank you

Gina, the manager is very accommodating and helpful. I love the facials and Karen is just wonderful. I've been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Very clean and a peaceful environment. I would highly recommend Toppers Devon for all services!

My sister and I got the melt hot stone massage here this past Sunday. We both received gift cards and in preparation for an upcoming trip, decided to celebrate together by getting massages. The facilities were definitely not as nice as we were expecting given the reputation, location, and price of this salon. We were given robes that have seen better days (to put it kindly) and told to wait for our masseuses to bring us to our rooms. Our massages were supposed to start at 1:30 and be 50 minutes long. Mine started shortly after 1:30, but still ended at 2:20 on the dot. My sister's did not start until 1:40 and also still ended at 2:20 on the dot. A couple minutes I can understand, but when you pay for a 50 minute massage, cutting out an entire 10 minutes is unacceptable. We both thoroughly enjoyed our massages while they were happening, but were disappointed by the significant time cut off and the sub par facilities. Definitely did not feel like a luxurious experience.

I will say the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming!

The staff were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Stacy was accommodating when I accidentally arrived early and I love my haircut and color!

First time at your spa and it was a very poor experience. My massage was not good-- I have had many before and this was honestly the worst massage I have gotten. My masseuse had long finger nails that were scratching me during the entire massage. The blanket on the massage table was so thin and not warm. Also there was NO music playing so I could hear people talking and everything. Not a good first impression of a spa. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a real massage.

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday with a couples spa package. The package included (2) ninety minutes massages, (2) facials, and one mani/pedi. (They only had one nail salon person working so we couldnt get two.)

Upon arrival, we were shown to the locker rooms to change. The women's locker room was nice enough but my boyfriend said the men's locker room was dated and the locks on the lockers didnt quite work.

After changing, we were met by our massage therapists and taken into separate rooms. This was disappointing given that he had requested a couples massage but we went along with it.

My massage therapist was George. He was nice but it was one of the worst massages I have ever received. At certain points, I was wondering what the heck he was doing. The massage was painful at times and not because he was rubbing deep. It was so bad that I considered just getting up and leaving.

I asked him how long he had been giving massages and he stated 15 years. I was completely surprised to hear this given the massage I received. He seemed to be in a rush and like he would rather be somewhere else. He completely overlooked some body parts as well. He didnt touch my feet and and my legs were an after thought. I would think he could find time in 90 mins to massage every area but sadly, this was not the case.

After our massages, we were sent back to the waiting room to wait for our facials. Once again, we were greeted and taken into separate rooms. This was again a huge disappointment. This day was meant to be spent together and we were separated the entire time.

Despite the fact that we weren't together, the facials were the best part the day. Andrea did a great job and made up for the painful 90 mins with George.

After the facial, I was met by Maria for my mani/pedi. Maria was nice but a little too abrasive. Her jokes were a little off and while she was very focused on the details, she was very slow. She also cut my cuticles so bad on two fingers that I still have scabs almost a week later. She also came across insulting/bossy at times.

Overall, the people were nice but the spa and experience was subpar. I would not recommend this spa for a couple's experience or special occasion. They were aware that it was my birthday but no effort was put in to make it special.

Heather is the best!! She always gives me good advice on what to do with my current length, and I always love her styling decisions. She is a lovely person AND a great stylist.

Was told about this place by a co worker and she raved about how it's the place to go on the main line. I had a rough day at work and wanted to treat myself to a spa pedicure so I figured I'd treat myself to a little pampering.

I booked my session and was told to get there 30 minutes since I was considered a spa appointment to change into a robe and slippers. When I arrived, I was immediately underwhelmed. I thought, "this is the place to go to on the main line? Seriously?" Got there 30 minutes early and waited for 45 minutes. I never ended up getting changed and basically wasted my time.

After almost an hour I was greeted by Maria who would be doing my nails. She told me to pick out my color from the small selection they had and directed me to sit down in this old brown leather massage chair. Which didn't even work by the way. She had to stick a large pillow behind my back which I thought was odd. Once I sat down and looked around, I noticed how dirty the place looked. The two chairs next to mine where covered in dirty rags. The tools and furniture looked old and worn down. Maria though was very friendly and helpful which is why this isn't a one star review.

There really was nothing special about this pedicure. I got a foot scrub and a small massage, along with a cooling mint foot mask and then they painted my nails. That's it. I can go to any other salon for way less and get the same treatment.

Besides that, the front desk people were friendly and I didn't have an issue regarding that.

Would I recommend this place? No. Will I be back? No.
