I have always had a great experience at toppers except for maybe one time a few years ago. The only comment that I would make is that I dislike the new lounge area. I find it to be very sterile and cold (not temp). Much preferred the homey feel of the old lounge.
Everything was perfect.
Great experience, would be a 10, manicure too too long.
