Look the team is always on point. But I must say that the extra cleaning right after classes and the Coaches being very attentive with the team makes it even better to be home amidst the chaos.
Love the new format. Can’t wait to return. Going back this evening! SRJ and Solo were awesome.
Fun environment. I love lifting weights and I lift somewhere else regularly. Tonehouse and the team adds the extra volume. A good example is that we bench, which I never do on my own. I already see improvement with moving the weight and some added consistency! I also rarely push and pull the sled which is another fun element.
I LOVE the new strength classes. So challenging but soooo good
