I LOVE the new strength classes. So challenging but soooo good
I LOVED my first ToneHouse Strength class. Not sure if you guys are just doing these as a placeholder due to current covid restrictions but if you kept these going permanently I would become a regular for sure!
The atmosphere that Alonzo and the other coaches have created in the lift sessions is incredible! What you think is your breaking point, they are able to push you well beyond, it’s so much fun!
