Coaches were challenging but also encouraging, workout was very challenging looking forward to my next class ❤️

It was amazing and the coaches were so encouraging considering I had no idea what I was doing
Awesome class! I really enjoyed the format and structure. The coaches provided great guidance and were really great at motivating you to dig a bit deeper. Can't wait for my next class!
