because you guys are awesome! the conditioning and strength classes are so unique. can’t find elsewhere. more importantly l, the coaches and staff are so encouraging and warm. love this tone house family!

Great workout that combines conditioning outdoor aspect and indoor strength aspect makes TH really unique again . Everyone can start for any level and grow / advance there .
The strength class was exactly what I expected and more. I was happy with the warm up although I love my burpees and could’ve done a lap of them. There was good energy and support during the squats which I always need to push myself to lift heavier. I recommend taking the class.
The most amazing and different kind of exercise and team-oriented workout experience. Makes one feel closer to being an athlete, for sure!
