I love the Yoga Loft. The studio is bright, cheery and comfortable. All the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Melanie and Deanna are my favorites.

I cannot say enough good things about the Yoga Loft. The space is beautiful, the teachers are fantastic, and they offer so many different classes, workshops, and special events. I also recently completed Yoga Teacher Training (200) there--and was highly satisfied with my experience in the training program. I would recommend this place and the YTT program to anyone!
