After the warm up stairs (third floor walkup) I always am glad I came. Being mindful of relaxing, stretching, and breathing with the constant minding of Megan is a pleasure. Even if feeling rushed with too much to do ,it forces me to relax and then in the long run, get more done. Everyone friendly, helpful, and encouraging with loads of classes to choose from. Everyone can find something at the Yoga Loft.
