Having been a yoga student for 20+ years, I've practiced at countless studios. There is something really special about The Yoga Loft - positive vibes, super friendly teachers and staff, and that at-home kinda feeling when you sit in the lobby on the comfy couch and sip tea. I took my first class there nearly 9 years ago, as well as my 200-hour training, and am certain it will be a mainstay of Southside Bethlehem for decades to come. It's tops!!

I love The Yoga Loft. The studio is beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. I am looking forward to the 200 hour training and hope to take a few more classes this Spring. Hugs!

I love the whole vibe of peace and contentment at The Yoga Loft. The teachers I've had have all been great. They are sensitive to the needs of the students in the room and provide awesome cueing and immediate feedback on the poses we are practicing. There are lots of opportunities on their schedule for just about any kind or level of class you're looking for, as well as special events and workshops. I would recommend it as a yoga home to anyone in the community!
