The Yoga Loft is so wonderful! Currently, I attend a private class with Alysha through my job. She makes the experience so wonderful, and everyone that works there is so kind and positive. She is very thorough but cognizant of each person's abilities in the class since we are all at different levels of practicing yoga. Her instruction is fabulous and I would definitely return back as a guest for a separate class!
