You guys have one of the best studios, vibes, and hot yoga classes in the country! Nick is a fantastic instructor. The flows and music. Whenever I'm in town, I always make it a point to attend a practice. Makes you glow from the inside out. Love you guys!

Giana's personality showed authenticity. She created a milieu of safety and trust, which allowed me to attempt bird of paradise for the first time and I have been practicing for 3-4 years.
