The man who greeted me (Nick) was kind, present and generous to my situation and the instruction in class was excellent: it was challenging, creative and modifications were offered. Lastly, the space was clean and felt good to be in.

I was told I couldn't use a blanket ( which I needed for my knees) because it was a pain to have to disinfect it after use. However, she did reconsider & I was allowed to use it. The class 2 days before I used one w/o a problem. Subsequently I brought a towel to the classes. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the classes!
