I really enjoy Giana's yin class. I had been on the bench with an injury for some months and just came back last night. Feels good to be on the mat again, and there is no need to look at the screen - Giana really gives such clear, simple instructions to get from one pose to the next, there is virtually no chance of getting it wrong, or for injury. Very happy with how I felt afterward!
