The yoga teachers are really the best in this area. The focus is on the student, and the yoga practice that's suits each individual. They listen to the needs of their students. And I love how I feel after every class.

I haven't practiced yoga in many years. I found a Groupon for this studio. My first Beginner class last Tuesday was with Molly. She was great! So I went back Thursday for her class. I felt very comfortable in this welcoming, clean, peaceful studio.
