The studio is very welcoming, very clean and Everyone was super friendly. My first class was Yoga Nidri which id done at home before but never in studio. It was an amazing class-I guess I didn't truly understand the full benefits of Yoga Nidri until I took the class in your studio. It was an incredible experience and I will recommend it to others. I'm looking forward to taking more classes! Next up is the heated Vinyasa and I can't wait. I moved to Florida from Kentucky in March of this year and just recently to Fort Myers. My favorite classes in Kentucky were heated vinyasa which is hard to find! Im looking forward to it. Thank you for offering such a wonderful studio to practice in. Namaste!
