I love Nick's teaching but I also find it very refreshing with Aimee's lesson. It's bit more challenging by introducing new movements that I've never seen before at Shiva. Like how she said in the beginning only are we push ourselves into uncomfortable zone will we grow, and I def learned lot from her.

I loved the studio, class, and instructor. I thought the name "Yinyasa" for an exclusively Yin class is misleading because it applies that there may be some Vinyasa flow in the class.
