I loved the studio, class, and instructor. I thought the name "Yinyasa" for an exclusively Yin class is misleading because it applies that there may be some Vinyasa flow in the class.

The Shala Is a very welcoming place. The special class offering on aerial yoga was well executed and a lot of fun. This is a wonderful studio and made so because Nick ,Giannia and their team care so much.
