Shiva Yoga arrived at the time of Colvid for me, we were all forced to stay locked up at home, in my case a little more complicated by being with Mom who suffers from Dementia. Yoga saved me from Depression and Anxiety every day with Giana and Nick getting the best they could give us at the time as we were all weak from isolation. When we finally started to get back to normal I decided to do my teacher training with them because they are so dedicated and passionate about yoga, it was the best choice I was able to get to know them even better. The teaching staff at this time Val, Molly, Aimee and Joanie are extremely competent looking in all classes to cover the needs of students with creative poses trying to make classes fun and full body work. Great teachers, wonderful variety of practices. I've tried many in town, but I've found the Shiva Shala is the best.
