Nick was so real and unpretentious! His voice during practice was confident and calming. However... I find music with lyrics during class distracting. My mind drifts to the words in the song! Probably just me though!

I love the Shiva Shala...Giana and Nick have created a one of a kind yoga experience. Their teachers cater to all yoga practices. My life changed for the better 5 years ago when my daughter introduced the studio to me. Namaste ❤️
