I would call myself a skeptic but after 3 classes my gains in reducing pain in lower back and glutes , giving me hip mobility, and helping me rehab post 4 month hip replacement surgery.....I will continue training with Nick because his hot yoga class is in my opinion World Class. He is patient but still pushes the new student to thrive at their own pace. I have 40 plus years in Martial arts and I am not only surprised at my physical gains in such a short time but excited to see where I will be after 6 months of training. Highly recommend this Yoga Studio!
