Enjoying the classes so far, depth of instruction is very good. Explains why a certain movement is important and does not just go thru the poses. I feel it is what a true yoga experience should be that I have not had before.

I attended three sessions during my vacation. All three instructors were fabulous and the studio delivered exactly what I needed .... HOT YOGA! I brought a friend to my last visit and she is hooked. I will be back when I return to area.
