I loved the teacher. This was only the 2nd time that I have done yoga. I am from KS visiting my 5 & 3 year old grandkids. My daughters next door neighbor (Denise) invited me to go with her. The atmosphere was awesome, it felt so good to my soul and my body to slowly "try" to move in the different positions that our teacher suggested. I will definitely be back to Spada when I come back to FL in March to celebrate my grand daughters 4th B-Day ! Love Spada! I bought an extra wide headband and have been wearing it ever since!!
