I would say 10, but I've only been to two classes so I feel I can't recommend at that level until I've attended a few more with other instructors. But, my experience so far has been a 10 ☺️
The setting was tranquil.
The mood was deliciously calm.
The Pharm permeated peace, blessings and healing.
The instructor was the kindest, sweetest most beautiful soul.
She was informative and guided us through our journey with unwavering patience, supreme knowledge of the practice and a kind smile.
It was amazing.
The space is amazing and the class was great. Alicia is very sweet and a good teacher!

Just a bit more space for personal belongings, possibly a small locker room would be really nice!!
