Amazing accessible instructor (Sarah), great studio, accepting and judgment free zone. I hadn't done yoga in about 20 years and the instructor helped me modify moves to my abilities. I was moved to happy tears because I was finally able to do yoga again. I'm so grateful to have found this studio and the accessible classes they offer. I felt elated after the first class I tried and knew I wanted to continue to do more
